At Preppers Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tactical apparel and fashion gear. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
